At Garde-Malade, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at the designated courier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
